Temple 22
This is the East Court and we are looking North from near Structure 10L-18 across the court to the Northern Side. In the far left of the Northern section is a small building known as Structure 10L-22a, whilst the rest of the northern flank is taken up by the magnificent Templo 22 and it’s incredible carved entrance, which is visible almost dead centre at the top of the ruin. Below us is a row of random carved blocks, presumably recovered from the remains of building that were swept away by the river, just below us on the right-hand side.
